Our Community

Peninsula Pointe North is a thriving Lake Keowee community located in the Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains just outside of West Union, South Carolina.  The subdivision is comprised of 158 lots in which 66 of them are waterfront.  The community features a gated pavilion, boat ramp, and 10 day use boat slips.
